Voyage Signature provides private chauffeur and executive transportation throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. All services are provided by advance reservation only and are confirmed upon payment approval.
Accurate pickup details must be provided at the time of booking, including date, time, pickup address, and destination.
Reservations are considered confirmed only after payment approval and confirmation.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before pickup may qualify for a refund minus payment processing fees.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup are non-refundable.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Payment processing fees are non-refundable.
Flight monitoring is provided for airport pickups when flight details are supplied.
Pickup times will be adjusted for airline delays.
• 30 minutes complimentary waiting time for airport pickups
• 10 minutes complimentary waiting time for other pickups
Additional waiting time may be billed.
Reservations are considered no-show if the passenger is not present within:
• 30 minutes for airport pickups
• 15 minutes for other pickups
No-shows are non-refundable.
Voyage Signature is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, airline delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Voyage Signature reserves the right to provide a comparable vehicle if necessary.
Passengers are responsible for personal belongings and any damage caused to the vehicle.
Cleaning or damage fees may apply.
Smoking and illegal substances are prohibited.
Voyage Signature is not responsible for missed flights, missed appointments, or items left in the vehicle.
